/ / TN Visa Job Summary Seeking a Process Engineer with 2 3+ years of manufacturing experience to support process improvement, automation troubleshooting, SOP/SWI development, root cause analysis, and equipment installation in a high-volume production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop SOPs, SWIs, and process control documentation Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot production/equipment issues Drive continuous improvement / Kaizen projects Support equipment installation, debugging, launch, and process optimization Collaborate with OEMs, contractors, and operations teams Lead process validation, trial runs, and VSM activities Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Mentor junior team members

Required Skills:

Bachelor s in Mechatronics, Controls, Electromechanical, or related field 2 3+ years in high-volume manufacturing Experience with Robotics, Automation, ControlLogix PLCs AutoCAD & Microsoft Office proficiency Strong problem-solving and project management skills Knowledge of SPC preferred

Additional Requirements:

Travel up to 50% Flexible for overtime/weekends/rotating shifts as needed
