Process Operator

Looking for a high-caliber Process Operator who is safety-focused, capable of making informed decisions, and highly driven to ensure the optimal performance of process systems. As part of this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the CBE/PKO melting equipment to make sure it runs smoothly and safely during melt operations. Expected shift for this role will be 6am to 2pm but is subject to change based on business needs. You can be responsible for each of the following tasks: Supervising melt process for Cocoa Butter Equivalent (CBE) and Palm Kernel Oil (PKO) Coordinating labor for melting process to ensure timelines are met Monitoring melt process equipment and vessel levels Performing process equipment troubleshooting and routine equipment repairs Operating and field checking equipment, including but not limited to forklifts The physical abilities, with or without reasonable accommodation, include being able to: Wear all required personal protective equipment Perform frequent bending, reaching, and lifting, Working in tight or closed-in spaces Climb stairs/ladders and work at heights Stand and/or walk for extended periods of time Benefits include medical, group life, and retirement benefits.
