What You'll Do As a Process Technician, you'll be part of our Manufacturing team located in Chesterfield, MI. You'll get to: Operate Injection Molding Machines

• Arburg, Toshiba, Engel Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and operate thermolaters, Hot Runner systems, Material dryers, monitoring systems, End of arm Tooling, bagging machine and grinders. Operate and program sprue pickers and multi
• axis robots Troubleshoot all equipment and perform maintenance requests with pertinent information and identify root causes for quality issues. Perform a process transfer to match original Master Process
• matching fill rates, gate freeze, cooling and cycle times, etc with a repeatable process. Create labels and generate appropriate workorders. You also have:

High School diploma required 3 years experience with injection molding 2 shot molding experience RJG scientific molding certification

• preferred Computer skills, specifically with performing inventory transactions Forklift certified or ability to successfully complete Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, climb, etc for 8 hours or more.
