Process Technician

Process Technician Job Description As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in our maintenance team. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to work within a world-class environment, ensuring flawless operations and contributing to our ambitious goals. This role requires working weekend night shifts from Friday to Monday, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM. Responsibilities Perform all actions related to the preventive maintenance program. Intervene in production issues related to mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical maintenance. Perform tooling changes, machine setups, and make in-process adjustments. Rebuild, calibrate, and configure sealing components and controls. Document clear and detailed information regarding machine downtime, repairs, and critical process controls. Troubleshoot HVAC, boiler, generator, and electrical systems. Engage in continuous improvement projects. Participate in equipment installation. Test equipment to ensure efficiency and performance needs are met. Maintain, repair, and rebuild various production machines and equipment. Follow all safety and cGMP requirements. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Millersburg, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $35.65 - $35.65/hr.
