Job Description
Job Summary Premiere Fibers, LLC is based in North Carolina and specializes in producing unique nylon, polyester and other melt spinnable continuous filament yarns with colors and special additives to a variety of market segments including the military, medical, active wear, hosiery and specialty apparel. Our mission is continuous innovation achieved by close technical support and dependable service to all our customers. We are currently seeking a Process Technician. 1-2 years experience in any type of manufacturing environment is preferred but not required. The job involves 12-hour rotating shifts with every other weekend off, and seven work days in a fourteen day period.

The Job involves monitoring equipment, troubleshooting in case of equipment breakdown, filling up round sheets to monitor parameters, filling chips in silos and taking quality round. This is a visible, key position in Process group that involves communication with Technical manager, Process engineers and Electrical & Maintenance engineers on daily basis. Responsibilities and Duties Understands Company's Policies, safely procedures and guidelines to perform the job Ability to read & interpret the written instructions for conveying system planning Attention to details as job involves filling up round sheets from computer panels The job involves moving barrels , drums filled with chips, ability to lift weight up to 50 pounds Ability to work in fast paced production environment under stipulated time Associates are subject to extended periods of standing, walking, lifting, and climbing Associates cannot have a fear of heights Ability to learn from Process Engineers and follow his instructions Basic math and English skills Good team work & communication skills needed to work effectively in Process department The job involves working safely with hot blue M ovens , venting Valves and dryers Ability to distinguish product and color differences Qualifications and Skills 1-2 years technical experience preferred, not required 1-2 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred, not required Benefits Attractive Wages Paid Holidays and Vacation Excellent Health Care Including Drug Card, Dental Care, and Vision Care Bonus Based on Company Profitability-Quarterly Life Insurance Uniform and Safety Shoe Program 401K Starting hourly pay will be based on experience.Job Type:
