Process Technician

Utex Industries is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Process Technician to support manufacturing operations and help drive process efficiency, product quality, and equipment performance. This role works closely with Engineering and Production teams to maintain process stability and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What You'll Do:

Support the development and execution of manufacturing processes Monitor process variables and equipment performance to maintain process stability Assist with process troubleshooting and corrective actions Help create, review, and follow SOPs and work instructions Collaborate with engineers on new process and product improvements Support operator and quality technician training efforts Participate in continuous improvement and research initiatives focused on manufacturing capabilities

What We're Looking For:

High school diploma required; Associate degree in Engineering Technology, Manufacturing, or related field preferred 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment Experience troubleshooting process-related issues Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, and work in a manufacturing environment Occasional evening, weekend, and up to 10% travel may be required

Work Environment:

You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Why UTEX?
