Key Responsibilities
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read instructions and make accurate decisions

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to changing processes and learn new systems
- Must meet established productivity and accuracy standards
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be 18 years of age or older Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of related experience
- Experience with LXBX systems, especially scanning operations (preferred)
Overview:
The Processing Specialist II is responsible for performing complex sorting and decision-making tasks for non-standard or rejected transactions. The primary focus of this role is handling daily reject decisioning and processing activities with accuracy and efficiency.This role also involves manual mail extraction, data entry, and supporting high-volume processing operations. Strong time management and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Process rejected transactions from various processing areas using reports and audit trails
- Perform basic transaction sorting and decision-making based on operational guidelines
- Prepare and batch header items with control documents for processing
- Perform high-speed mail extraction and scanning using equipment such as I-Tran, IMBL, OPEX 30, 40, 50/51, and 150 Falcon systems
- Handle medium to high complexity client sorting and transaction processing based on client instructions
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and meets departmental productivity and quality standards
- Assist in training new team members when required
- Support manual mail extraction and scanning processes
- Perform data entry tasks as needed Additional Notes
- Candidates should be comfortable with manual mail processing and high-volume document handling
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills are critical for success in this role
- This position supports a first-shift operations team
Shift Schedule:
Sunday:
5:30 AM - 2:00 PMMonday, Wednesday-Friday:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PMDays Off:
Tuesday & Saturday- Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
