$90,000~$100,000/year + Commissions (OTE $150,000~$200,000)

They provide services worldwide, shipping equipment directly from the U.S. to domestic and overseas customers. The company deals in various used construction equipment, including loaders, excavators, and bulldozers. With a strong focus on local market expertise, they assist customers in buying and selling machinery through a streamlined process. They also leverage online marketing strategies to connect buyers with knowledgeable sellers, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions. The successful candidate will represent our client in the San Francisco North Bay Area and be responsible for delivering profitable purchases and sales of used equipment. You will grow and develop customer relationships throughout the West Region, building a network of rental companies, contractors, and dealers to source purchases. This role involves appraising, negotiating, and purchasing equipment to maximize revenue and profit.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the company and manage procurement/sales operations in the San Francisco North Bay Area. Develop and nurture customer relationships across the West Region. Build and expand a network of rental companies, contractors, and dealers to source equipment purchases. Appraise, negotiate, and purchase used construction equipment, ensuring revenue and profit goals are met. Work in a hybrid capacity, both remotely and from the San Francisco North Bay Area, CA office.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction equipment sales/purchasing . Proficiency in Excel and CRM software. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
