Prodcution Coordinator II

Production Control / Customer Service Coordinator - Aerospace We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Control / Customer Service Coordinator to support customer communication, production tracking, and order management within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Release and track work orders through production
• Communicate delivery updates and expedite plans to customers
• Coordinate shipments, returns, and replacement orders
• Monitor aging work orders and prioritize urgent needs
• Work closely with Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
• Update customer portals and ERP systems
• Support delivery performance and schedule management

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of Production Control or Customer Service experience in the Aerospace industry
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-focused, and thrive in a deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
