• Full-time We are seeking a Compliance Officer who can aid in achieving compliance with United States standards for juvenile furniture and mattresses to join our team.

The ideal candidate will oversee and manage all aspects of compliance within the organization, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies such as CPSC, ASTM and JPMA certifications. Proficiency in the following categories is crucial:

• Chemical Safety Testing
• Physical and Mechanical Testing
• Flammability Testing Given the nature of the product, utmost care and attention to details is a must. A comprehensive knowledge of US compliance standards, and prior experience in ensuring consumer products, preferably juvenile furniture, meet these standards is ideal. The chosen expert will need to be diligent, highly knowledgeable, and experienced in compliance testing.

• Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the organization's operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance issues and provide guidance.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Lead investigations into compliance violations and implement corrective actions.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend enhancements to compliance programs.

• Qualifications:

• Experience in compliance management.
• Proficiency in regulatory reporting requirements and familiarity with compliance software systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations effectively.
