• On the job training As a Product Converting Operator you will:
• Complete Operator training programs
• Operate a variety of Film converting and packaging equipment
• Rotate through various jobs as needed
• Work in Dark and Light room conditions
• Maintain strict adherence to operational safety procedures and quality standards The Skills to be successful:
• High School Diploma - Some college or Associates Degree preferred but not required.
• Some manufacturing or technical experience preferred but not required.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detail Oriented Team Player
• Must have reliable transportation that is available for any/all shift configurations.
• Ability to express oneself clearly, read job related material, write effectively, and comprehend a variety of work requests.
• Maintain a clean work area and always operate in a safe manner.
• Ability to obtain a powered industrial truck (fork truck) license at Kodak.
• Good Manual Dexterity
• Willing and able to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
• Willing to work overtime if needed or adjust work schedule based on business needs.
• Desire to continually improve oneself.
• Ability to work a rotating shift schedule if needed
• Ability to work in Dark Room conditions if needed
