Position Summary McGee's Stamp & Trophy is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Finisher to join our production team in Midvale. This entry-level role is responsible for supporting the final stages of the manufacturing process by cleaning, inspecting, packaging, and labeling finished products. No prior experience is required — comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Perform finishing tasks in accordance with established procedures and quality standards Clean, inspect, package, and label completed products for shipment Assist in meeting daily production goals and deadlines Operate production tools and equipment, including CNC machines, stamping presses, plasma and laser cutting equipment, micrometers, cranes, and forklifts Follow verbal and written instructions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Support team members and contribute to overall operational efficiency Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based environment Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous fabrication or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer On-the-job training Stable, team-oriented work environment Opportunities for growth and skill development Competitive pay and benefits (if applicable) Equal Opportunity Employer McGee's Stamp & Trophy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
