Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for the development, management, and performance of assigned product lines, overseeing the entire lifecycle from concept through commercialization. This role drives strategic growth, market share expansion, and profitability across the product portfolio.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full lifecycle of assigned product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals. Drive revenue growth, market share, and P&L performance for designated product portfolios. Develop and execute multi-year product line strategies and roadmaps. Create and maintain detailed Gantt charts and project timelines to monitor progress, milestones, and deliverables across all project phases. Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on business impact and feasibility. Lead the commercialization of new products, including go-to-market strategies and promotional initiatives. Maintain deep product and application expertise through ongoing research and market analysis. Conduct competitive analyses covering pricing models, value propositions, and market positioning. Analyze industry trends, sales performance, customer feedback, and market data to identify opportunities and optimize strategy. Lead market research efforts to evaluate new product concepts and line extensions. Stay ahead of evolving market trends and customer needs to drive innovation and relevance. Monitor product performance and gather feedback to continuously optimize product lifecycle and market success. Lead cross-functional teams through all stages of product development, applying a stage-gate process to ensure executional excellence. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project and portfolio risks. Monitor inventory performance and drive initiatives for optimal stock levels and inventory reduction. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution of product initiatives and business strategies.QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience in industrial construction material industry. Proven expertise in managing P&L and pricing strategies. Deep understanding and application of the stage-gate product development process. Strong background in product development, including concept-to-launch leadership. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Advanced skills in forecasting and inventory management. Excellent financial and business acumen. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Proficient in market research methodologies, including surveys and competitive analysis. Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical proficiency. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams). Experience with ERP and CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle EnterpriseOne, CRM OnDemand preferred). Understanding of AI tools and their practical integration into workflow. Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%. Must possess or be able to obtain a valid passport.Similar remote jobs
