Job Description
The pay range is $88,000.00 - $158,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. Do:
- + Own and manage the product backlog for a defined area of Club Target ensuring alignment to product strategy and OKRs + Translate product strategy into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements for your product area + Partner with external engineering and product partners to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions + Track and analyze product performance against business impact and metrics to inform prioritization + Collaborate with cross-functional partners including operations/support, communications, marketing, and program management + Deeply understand the creator journey from onboarding to activation and retention + Communicate product priorities, progress, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders + Contribute insights and recommendations to inform ongoing product improvements and roadmap decisions •About you:•+ Four-year degree or equivalent experience + 4+ years of product management experience or equivalent domainexpertise, ideally with direct experience in creator platforms andadditionalexposure to social commerce or ecommerce platforms, affiliate systems, and/oruser generated contentecosystems + Familiarity with content workflows + Experience working with external vendors and strong partnership management + Familiarity with content workflows + Technical aptitude + Experience working in an agile environment + Strong communicationskills This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target's needs.
