Experience in re-imagining user experiences to drive step-change improvements. Experience working on a Search product in a vertical-related role. The YouTube Search Verticals team sits at the intersection of AI and the desire to learn and be entertained. As the Product manager, you will focus on improving the YouTube Search experience to better meet user needs for specific verticals (e.g., Shopping, Real World Journeys, Sports), spanning everything from features ranking to AI capabilities and more. We explore new ideas, solve real problems, and have fun — and we do it all together. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Work with partner teams (e.g., engineers, PgMs, UX) during product design and development to implement requirements and translate Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) into Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for one or more teams. Define product roadmaps by operationalizing strategy to achieve an outcome that is greater than the sum of its parts. Re-imagine the Search wholepage experience for Verticals, particularly when users don't already have a good idea of what they're looking for.
