Role Description The Product Merchandiser will manage day-to-day product development and merchandising processes, supporting the design team and ensuring alignment with customer requirements and brand standards. Responsibilities include collaborating closely with production, sales, and e-commerce teams to develop and launch products, analyzing market trends, and maintaining consistent communication with suppliers and stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, trend analysis, and decision-making Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients Experience in Product Management, including the ability to oversee timelines and ensure product quality Familiarity with Sales processes and the ability to support retail and business objectives Knowledge of E-Commerce platforms and strategies Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion Business, or a related field preferred Previous experience in the apparel or textile industry is a plus
