Your future duties and responsibilities:
This role is centered on supporting products and features tied to the modernization of pharmacy systems within a large, enterprise healthcare environment. The organization is making significant investments to transform legacy pharmacy platforms into a more scalable, integrated, and digital-first ecosystem — and this Product Manager will play a key role in shaping that evolution. You would be responsible for driving product strategy, defining and prioritizing features, and partnering closely with engineering, clinical, and business stakeholders to deliver modernized capabilities that improve patient experience, operational efficiency, and overall pharmacy performance. The work is highly visible and impactful, with the opportunity to influence both near-term delivery and long-term platform direction. We're looking for someone who can operate strategically while still being hands-on in execution, someone comfortable navigating complex enterprise environments, working across multiple stakeholders, and helping translate business and clinical needs into actionable product outcomes.
Responsibilities will include:
  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing business value, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner closely with Scrum Masters, UX/UI Designers, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient sprint planning and execution.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, driving decisions that maximize user satisfaction and business outcomes.
  • Leverage data, feedback, and KPIs to identify opportunities for product enhancement and continuous improvement.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear alignment between delivery progress and business goals.
  • Participate in sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning to ensure quality, transparency, and alignment. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
  • Proven success managing software products through the full lifecycle — from conception to launch and ongoing iteration.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, and Confluence.
  • Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, QA, Design, and DevOps.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align business and technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications
  • CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) or PSPO (Professional Scrum Product Owner) certification
  • Experience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) or multi-team delivery environments
  • Exposure to UX design principles and user research methodologies
  • Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Mixpanel)
  • Background in technical domains such as software engineering, cloud solutions, or data analytics
