Product Support

Akkodis is seeking Product Support for a Direct Hire with a client in Overland Park, KS. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience in traffic systems, electricians, and technical training to effectively guide installations, troubleshooting issues, and drive partner competence.

Salary Range:

$100K/Yearly to $120K/Yearly; The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Product Support Job Responsibilities include:

Deliver hands-on training (in-person and remote) on installation, configuration, and use of hardware and software. Guide partners through installation planning, ensuring required equipment, tools, and configurations are in place. Act as a subject matter expert to troubleshoot installation and system integration issues in the field. Support sales and project teams with technical expertise, training sessions, and solution guidance. Validate installations, provide feedback, and ensure partners meet performance and competency standards. Collaborate with distributors, contractors, and end-users to drive adoption and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Associate or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Electronics, ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems), or a related field. 5-7+ years of experience in traffic systems, field installations, or technical training (IMSA II certification preferred). Strong hands-on expertise in intersection cabinet architecture, field installations, and troubleshooting traffic systems.
