Job Description
Description Description Stephenson Equipment, Inc (SEI), an industry leader in Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland and Northern Virginia providing sales, rentals, parts and service for construction equipment, cranes, and public works and infrastructure has an immediate need for a Product Support Sales Representative in support of our Harrisburg, PA location. The Product Support Sales Representative is responsible for ensuring the sales of parts, service, and light equipment related products as well as developing aftermarket sales penetration and overall parts and service market share growth for SEI, with a particular focus on National Accounts (Sunbelt, United, and Herc). Duties include but are not limited to: Achieve parts and service sales targets; operate within the playbook given to achieve monthly, quarterly, annual sales targets. Increase parts and service sales throughout SEI's existing market and emerging markets Grow the attachment Sales and light equipment revenue, developing measurable results. Coordinate the sale of extended warranties as well as preventive maintenance contracts for construction equipment. Maximize SEI's visibility throughout the market, specifically focusing on National Accounts relationships. Partner with all SEI branch service, parts and administrative team members to understand labor capability, parts availability and common needs to streamline customer communication. Work with marketing for SEI parts and service products campaigns. Utilize the available manufacturer tools (ex: JCB Live Link & Machine Safety Checklist) to clarify & document sales opportunities, to include lost opportunity documentation. Develop, set criteria and produce active feedback for a customer survey process. (Net Promoter Score type measurable scoring system)

A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related construction equipment experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Construction equipment mechanical knowledge strongly preferred, National Account experience strongly preferred (Sunbelt Rentals, United Rentals, Herc, Equipment Share) Ability to demonstrate a proactive, customer-first mindset with a relentless drive to resolve client needs and meet deadlines. Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales and purchasing orders, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
