Job Description

Product Support & Sales Specialist Department:
Client Services Supervised by:
Kevin Pelorus Status:
Part-Time (M-F, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM | Flexible)
Level:
Entry / Junior Role Overview As a Product Sales and Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive high-standard technical assistance and seamless account management. This role is a unique blend of technical hands-on work , customer success , and outbound growth . You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our display units—from assembly and software configuration to troubleshooting and client outreach.
Key Responsibilities Client Advocacy:
Provide professional phone and email support, resolving billing inquiries and product questions with a "customer-first" mindset.
Technical Operations:
Assemble, configure, and test hardware display units and software to meet specific client requirements.
Maintenance & Logistics:
Diagnose hardware issues and manage the dispatch of replacement units.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and organize stock/tools for display components and ensure timely procurement of parts.
Field Support:
Perform occasional local travel (primarily in-state) for on-site installations and replacements.
Documentation:
Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and service history to ensure team-wide transparency.
Growth Support:
Conduct cold calls to curated lead lists to introduce our services and expand our client base.
Qualifications & Skills Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Organization:
Strong ability to prioritize a dynamic workload and stay ahead of routine maintenance tasks.
Adaptability:
A quick learner who thrives in on-the-job training environments.
Technical Aptitude:
• Proficient in standard office/word processing software. Familiarity with multiple Operating Systems (Windows, ChromeOS, Android, iOS, or •NIX) is highly preferred.
Reliability:
Must hold a valid driver's license for travel.
Work Environment & Physical Demands Environment:
Generally a quiet/standard office setting.
Manual Tasks:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (infrequently) and perform physical tasks including bending, kneeling, or climbing during installations.
Safety:
Responsible for installing A/V equipment in a safe, professional manner. Why This Position?
