Product Support Technician (Hybrid)

Our Simsbury, CT Tech Support team is looking for a dynamic Product Support Technician to join us in a hybrid role, delivering fast, effective solutions to customers in the Service Station industry.

Please note:

this position requires 100% onsite attendance during the initial 8-12 week training period. What you will do Provide excellent customer service to Service Station clients and ensure their satisfaction through quick problem resolution and Product training. Bring the customer's voice alive within the marketing and engineering teams to drive innovation Ensure product quality issues are identified and reported accurately Work closely with other departments to enhance their expertise and responsiveness to customer needs. Initiate continuous improvement projects. Learn, maintain and continuously develop product knowledge and customer service skills

Qualifications:

Experience working in a customer facing role, or equivalent experience requiring active communication via phone/email in a problem-solving context Experience in a technical role that requires exposure to troubleshooting or problem solving Demonstrated technical aptitude Computer skills with Microsoft Office required Able to work scheduled hours between the hours of 8am - 7pm EST The base compensation range for this position is $31.57-$37.97 per hour . Your actual base salary will be determined based upon numerous factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity.
