Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Production Assembler, where you'll play a vital role in operating manual, semi-automatic, or automatic assembly/testing machine in a safe and efficient manner. Assure that the machine is running quality parts at the production rates. Produce quality parts in accordance with customer specifications using the Hubbell Utility Solutions Quality Operating Principles. Responsibilities Confirm work-order is correct Confirm all required materials are hands-on Confirm correct set-up of all equipment is current Calibration of all equipment and test equipment is current Confirm finished product meets all quality requirments Complete daily paperwork which includes Hr x Hr charts, counting and packing parts Maintain safety, quality, production and 5(S) housekeeping standards Requirements High School Diploma Use of basic hand tools Basic math and computer skills Good communication, reading and organizational skills Ability to work independently, as well as with others Willingness to support other operations or departments as needed Must be comfortable wearing standard
PPE Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds Gripping repeatedly with good physical dexterity Constant walking and standing for a 8 to 10 hour shifts Reaching, pulling, bending, stooping and twisting Use of basic hand tools Basic math and computer skills Good communication, reading and organizational skills Ability to work independently, as well as with others Willingness to support other operations or departments as needed Must be comfortable wearing standard PPE Join us to contribute your technical skills in a vibrant environment that values precision craftsmanship and teamwork. Pay:
From $20.15 per hour
