SOLAR SHADE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT

We are hiring a Solar Shade Fabrication Assistant to join our team! You will operate machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Assemble retractable solar shades according to company specifications and engineering drawings. Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently. Measure, cut, and weld/attach fabric, tubing and hardware with precision Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment Attention to detail, specifically accurate measurements and product quality Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion Adhere to safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Measure with multiple tools, including tape measure, accurately(to the 16th or smaller) Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings preferred but not required. Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment preferred but not required. Ability to handle physical workload and lift 50+ lbs. Basic mathematic skills
