The Impact You'll Make We are looking for self-motivated and driven individuals who can support and promote a team atmosphere. This individual will do so by providing basic crop handling responsibilities that include seeding, transplanting, and harvesting leafy greens and herbs. This individual will follow good manufacturing practices critical to food safety and to their team. Production Associates will gain the hands-on experience and the initial skills needed to help promote advancement within the company. What You'll Be Responsible For Seeding, transplanting, and harvesting lettuce and herbs using automated machinery Basic cleaning and sanitation of work areas Following all good manufacturing practices to ensure food safety Other duties as assigned
