  • Start Your Career Today! Join our team and help produce top-quality plastic film in a safe, efficient environment. As a Production Associate, you'll assist Line Operators, learn extrusion and printing processes, and follow safety and packaging procedures. What You'll Do
  • Operate and maintain production lines.
  • Identify quality issues and reduce scrap.
  • Keep work areas clean and follow instructions. Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs, work 12-hour shifts (rotating days/nights), weekends, and holidays.
  • Wear PPE, climb stairs, and stand for long periods.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
