As a Production Associate, you will support manufacturing operations by handling materials, cleaning equipment and work areas, and maintaining production standards in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred No education requirements Ability to repeatedly lift, twist, and pull 50+ lbs. Comfortable working in hot, cold, and non-climate-controlled environments Ability to work around water, cleaning equipment, and industrial machinery Willingness to follow GMP practices, including natural nail length and no jewelry or false eyelashes What You'll Do as a

Production Associate:

Unload and load product from press machinery Use hoses to fill and label product drums Operate washers and dryers to clean fabric materials Use pressure washers to clean production floors when needed Maintain a clean and organized workspace following GMP standards Support daily production and sanitation operations Perform physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
