Production Associates — Extended Schedule Ergomat is hiring Production Associates for our Lorain, Ohio production team. We are a global leader in ergonomic and anti-fatigue matting, and we are looking for reliable, hard-working team members who want steady full-time work, scheduled overtime, benefits, bonus opportunities, and room to grow. Pay & Weekly Earnings Starting Pay:

$18.00/hour

Scheduled Overtime:

$27.00/hour after 40 hours worked in the workweek 48-hour weekly schedule Approximate weekly gross pay: $936.00 before bonus Monthly performance bonus opportunity Additional installation/travel pay may be available once trained Work Schedule This position requires a 48-hour weekly schedule:

Monday-Friday:

6:30 AM - 3:00

PM Saturday:

4:00 AM - 12:00 PM Saturday hours are part of the Extended Schedule position and are currently required based on production demand. Job Responsibilities Produce, cut, glue, and assemble ergonomic matting products Follow production instructions and quality standards Perform quality checks to ensure products meet customer specifications Assist with shipping, packaging, and inventory as needed Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Work as part of a team to meet production goals Support installation work and travel opportunities once trained, if selected Requirements Valid driver's license required Strong work ethic and reliability Good attendance and punctuality Attention to detail Ability to follow instructions Ability to work in a hands-on production environment Ability to work the full Extended Schedule, including Saturday hours Willingness to work overtime as scheduled Willingness to travel for installation opportunities once trained For installation work only: some customers may require a background check Why Work at Ergomat?
