Production Associate

Production Associate As a General Production Operator, you will be part of the team that supports the manufacturing of specialty carbon and graphite products. This entry-level position offers a clear path to higher-level operator roles through cross-training, involving material handling, equipment operation, and general production support. You will work in a physically demanding, hands-on environment to uphold safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Pay & Schedule $19.00 - $22.65/hour (based on experience) Rotating 12-hour shifts (with overtime) What You'll Do As a key member of our production team, you'll help keep operations running safely and efficiently by: Moving and handling materials throughout the facility Operating equipment such as saws, presses, crushers, and cleaning machines Cutting, cleaning, packaging, and preparing products for shipment Using forklifts, cranes, and hoists (training provided) Performing basic inspections and measurements (tape measure, calipers, micrometers) Tracking and labeling raw materials and finished goods Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace Supporting experienced operators and learning new skills through cross-training Reporting safety or maintenance concerns proactively Contributing to team goals and daily production targets

What We're Looking For Required:

High School Diploma or GED Willingness to work in a hands-on, physical manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Basic math and measurement skills Strong reliability, attendance, and work ethic Safety-first mindset and ability to follow instructions

Preferred:
