About the
Role:
As a Production Associate at our manufacturing facility in Prairie Farm, WI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. Your main objective will be to contribute to the manufacturing process by assembling, inspecting, and packaging products according to established quality standards. By consistently meeting production targets and maintaining a high level of attention to detail, you will help us deliver high-quality products to our customers. This role is essential in maintaining the overall productivity and success of our manufacturing operations.Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with operating machinery and tools in a manufacturing setting. Knowledge of quality control principles and practices. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment issues. Strong communication and teamwork skills.Responsibilities:
Performing assembly tasks, such as operating machinery, using hand tools, and following detailed instructions to assemble components and products. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and making necessary adjustments or repairs as needed. Packaging finished products in a timely and efficient manner, following packaging guidelines and ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including regular cleaning of equipment and tools to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Collaborating with team members and supervisors to identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity and quality.Skills:
In this role, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions to ensure the accurate assembly and inspection of products. Your manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination will be essential in performing assembly tasks and making necessary adjustments or repairs. Additionally, your ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions will enable you to understand and follow the required manufacturing processes.
