Production Associate

Production Associate Pay:

What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role on the production floor, helping create high-quality custom molded rubber products.

Your day-to-day will include:

Preparing molds and handling raw materials Inspecting finished parts and ensuring quality standards Monitoring equipment (temperatures, pressures, output) Tracking production data and part counts Cleaning molds between runs Reporting equipment or process issues Labeling and organizing completed products Keeping your workspace clean and safe Following all safety guidelines and wearing PPE What You Bring We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn.

Required:

Basic math skills (calculator use for tracking counts) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and on a team Willingness to learn and be cross-trained Manufacturing or production experience Reliable transportation

Bonus Points If You Have:

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cheektowaga, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
