Production Associate

Overview:

New England Barricade, Sign & Safety is hiring a full-time Production & Sign Manufacturing Associate to support sign production and warehouse operations. This role is hands-on and includes manufacturing, material handling, order fulfillment, inventory, and general warehouse support.

Responsibilities:

Assist in sign production and assembly Pick, stage, and prepare materials and orders Receive, verify, and stock incoming deliveries Support shipping, deliveries, and order fulfillment Operate safely in a warehouse/manufacturing environment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and handling requirements

Requirements:

Full-time availability Ability to perform physical work (lifting, standing, moving materials) Reliable and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a warehouse environment Willingness to learn production processes (training provided) Prior warehouse, production, or shipping experience is a plus but not required
