This role focuses on production baking ONLY mixing batters, scaling ingredients, prepping large batches, filling products, baking, finishing baked items, stocking, cleaning, and repetitive daily production tasks. This is NOT a cake decorating position and is NOT ideal for hobby bakers or applicants with only home baking experience.

Requirements:

Commercial bakery or professional kitchen experience a must Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure (if we have to micromanage this isn't for you.) Comfortable with repetitive production work Able to accurately follow recipes and systems Able to neatly finish baked goods such as cupcakes, donuts, brownies, and other production items Able to ice cupcakes cleanly and consistently Good attention to detail and clean presentation skills Able to work independently without constant supervision Strong work ethic and ability to stay productive throughout shift Able to stand for long periods and lift 40+ lbs Reliable, organized, and able to move with urgency Daily tasks may include: Mixing large batches of batter and buttercream Scaling ingredients Filling and baking products Icing and finishing baked items Restocking prep stations Cleaning and dish washing Maintaining production flow during busy periods Please do not apply if: You only want to decorate cakes Your experience is limited to baking at home You prefer a slow-paced work environment You require constant direction or supervision to stay on task

Weekend availability is required All applicants must complete a paid working interview/test shift before hiring consideration Performance, consistency, cleanliness, and reliability are closely monitored The Grim Bakers is a high-volume horror-themed bakery with busy weekends and seasonal rushes. We are looking for someone dependable who can keep up with production demands while maintaining clean, consistent work.

Pay:

$12.00 - $13.00 per hour
