Randstad is assisting to staff for a strategic Production Controller to join our clients dynamic manufacturing environment and spearhead efficient, streamlined operations. In this vital role, you will direct daily production activities, manage scheduling, and ensure optimal resource allocation. Your expertise will be key to upholding rigorous quality standards and continuously driving process improvements to keep pace with evolving demand. Minimum high school diploma orGED 3 -5
years experience in manufacturing/fabrication or the ability to train under Production Manager supervision. Basic knowledge of manufacturing techniques including warehouse, CNC, forming, welding, assembly, coating, logistics and inspection techniques. Must be able to interface with others, internally and externally, in a professional manner. Must have data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead, work within and be an active member of a team.Work Environment:

High SchoolResponsibilitiesDuties Assist in production activity control to meet business and financial objectives. Work with Managers, Supervisors, and Team Leaders to plan and manage production tasks. Review and understand current and upcoming production plans in order to alert manufacturing team. Develop inventory control techniques to avoid excess or shortages. Assist in processing customer orders and shipments according to established schedules. Assist plant leadership in controlling production costs while maintaining quality objectives. Monitor work order execution and adjust schedules accordingly. Ensure production strategies are planned to meet plant KPI's. Plan and monitor material movement in production cycles to ensure continuous operations. Communicate production updates to plant leadership on regular basis. Support CST's safety objectives. Assist in training new Production Control personnel. Other duties as assigned.
