Production: Countertop Stacker

Responsibilities:

Inspect tops for delamination, cracks, bumps, blisters, mislay, and loose builddown. Collaborate with the production line to increase productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize waste. Organize the skid area, sweep buttons, dispose of miter pieces, and clean designated areas. Complete 5S checklist. Lift, carry, and move countertops. Alert line coordinator about hot tops, reruns, and bad tops. Perform autonomous maintenance checklists for saws and transfer tables. Report issues to the supervisor before leaving. Operate Joe and other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Detail-oriented with strong communication skills. Proficient in computer skills. Adhere to Code of Conduct and Attendance Policy.

Physical Requirements:

Stand and lift countertops (up to 50 lbs) for 8-11 hours daily. Work in noisy, humid, and hot conditions. Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
