Shift:

Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM As production increases, schedule may transition to:

Monday-Thursday:

7:00 AM - 5:30 PM Overtime on Fridays as needed

Starting Pay:

$15.00/hour Pay increases may be available as you learn production rates and demonstrate strong: Work quality Attendance Work ethic Overall performance Job Responsibilities Production Workers will assist in the manufacturing and assembly of wood products using hand tools and production equipment.

Primary duties include:

Assemble wood products and parts Operate wood cutting and production equipment Use nail guns, hammers, and other hand tools Prepare and set up machines and tooling Lift and place wood pieces onto machinery Trim pieces and assemble finished products Start and monitor assembly and production machinery Perform quality checks on products Remove defective materials from production lines Pack completed products for shipment Unload, organize, and stock shipments Maintain clean and safe work areas Follow all plant safety procedures and guidelines Assist with additional production duties as assigned May operate CNC equipment as needed Qualifications Basic carpentry skills preferred Manufacturing or production experience is a plus Ability to use hand tools safely and effectively Strong attendance and reliability required Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Physical Requirements This position is active and requires: Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment BR2
