Production Factory Manager / Machine Operator

Job Summary Looking for general manager to oversee production of 10,000 s.f. warehouse with approximately 10 employees and the ability to operate equipment used in the production of custom menu covers. Equipment includes co2 laser cutters and engravers, cnc machines, computers, pneumatic debossing machines, basic wood working tools, roller presses, etc. Job duties also include hiring employees, managing employees daily task, maintaining quality control standards, meeting order deadlines, inventory of materials, insuring warehouse is kept clean and organized. Candidates should have experience in bookbinding or manufacturing menu covers, knowledge of Adobe Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator. Other software includes RD Works, Lightburn, and CRM's such as Monday.com or salesforce. This job can be difficult for many people due to the range of abilities required to be successful. Factory or production management experience is necessary, but not necessarily experience in this specific industry.

Pay:
