Production & Farmers Market Team Member

Job Responsibilities Bottle filling, capping, labeling, and packaging Cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas General farm work and outdoor labor Loading and unloading supplies, product, and equipment Setting up and operating booths at farmers markets and events Traveling up to 75 miles one way for farmers markets, deliveries, and events Inventory organization and stocking Assisting customers during events and tastings Maintaining cleanliness of workspaces and production areas Performing additional duties as needed to support business operations Requirements Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs repeatedly Reliable transportation is required Valid driver's license is required Applicants must be 21 years of age or older Ability to successfully pass a background check Current MAST permit preferred, or ability to obtain one upon hire Immediate availability preferred Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to work weekends, early mornings, and flexible hours as needed Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with physical labor and standing for extended periods Preferred Qualifications Experience working farmers markets or customer-facing events Forklift or equipment experience is a plus Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Compensation Pay based on experience How to Apply Please send your resume and a brief description of your work experience and availability to 3dogbrewstillery@gmail.com.
