Production & Fulfillment Associate

Full-Time Production & Fulfillment Associate Farmer's Body | Handcrafted Skincare Brand Farmer's Body is a growing, Vermont-based skincare company specializing in handcrafted, custom-label lip balms for small businesses and dental practices across the country. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to join our production team. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on product assembly, labeling, and order fulfillment.   Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM
• 5:00 PM (flexible after reliability established
• 90 days)

• Pay:

  $20/hour

• Location:

  Hartland, VT (on-site)

• Employment Type:

  Full-time This position begins with consistent, set hours. Schedule flexibility may be considered after the first 90 days based on performance and business needs.
• What You'll Do (

Primary Focus:

Production)

• Label and assemble lip balm products with precision and consistency
• Package and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Assist with batching and light production tasks
• Organize materials and maintain a clean, orderly workspace
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet brand standards
• Support daily production flow to meet order deadlines

• Experience with labeling, packaging, or assembly work
