Full Job Description Job Description:
FireRock is hiring a dependable Production Laborer to join our plant team. This is a hands-on role working directly in the production of our concrete pavers and masonry fireplace kits. You'll be involved in pouring, forming, finishing, and preparing products for shipment.
Responsibilities:
Pour and finish concrete pavers Assist in building and packaging fireplace kits Work across multiple production lines as needed Support order fulfillment and shipping Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements:
Ability to perform heavy lifting (50+ lbs consistently) Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment Reliable and shows up ready to work (6 a.m. start time) Willingness to learn and take direction
