Production Lead Job Duties:

Facilitate communication among teams to align with customer expectations. Provide daily updates on issues and priorities between shifts. Collect and report quality data, trends, and issues promptly. Organize daily production schedules based on established priorities and contribute to meeting production objectives while ensuring high-quality standards. Assist in training team members to exceed customer expectations and act as a resource for inquiries. Model and enforce compliance with Safety, ESD, ITAR, and QMS standards while seeking process improvements and efficiency. Conduct weekly Lean project audits, provide feedback, and drive initiatives for waste reduction in all processes. 4-DayX10-

Production Lead Job Requirements:

Experience with Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen processes is a

MUST HAVE

At least 2 years of production experience

IPC-A-610

certification

• or previously held at any time in the past Any previous experience leading a team Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills Comfortable navigating basic computer software
