We are seeking a Plastic Production Team Lead to supervise and guide our production team. The ideal candidate has manufacturing floor experience (plastics preferred), thrives in fast-paced environments, and can lead operators effectively without being a senior manager. Key Responsibilities Supervise, schedule, and guide production personnel to meet daily priorities Train and monitor operators to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety Manage materials, labor, and shift reports, including machine counts and scrap rates Support new job setups and mold sampling in collaboration with Engineering Maintain housekeeping and monitor for safety hazards Recommend hiring, promotions, and performance objectives Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Manufacturing floor experience required (plastics strongly preferred) Working knowledge of: Injection molding technology or mechanical principles Ability to lead in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to guide and support production operators effectively Schedule and Salary 1st

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM•11:00 PM | $25.25•$27.25/hour 3rd

Shift:
