Ensure proper flow of raw onions from receiving to the packing area with minimal waste. Document production data, downtime, maintenance activity, and quality checks. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and OSHA guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with line changeovers, cleaning, and equipment setup for different onion grades, sizes, or packaging formats. Collaborate with team members, maintenance, and QA to meet daily production goals.
