Line Lead (2nd Shift)

Chino, CA Shifts Available:

2nd Shift (2:00 PM•4 PM start time)

Pay Range:

$22•$25/hour (based on experience) Position Summary An experienced Line Lead is needed to manage production line activities and support efficient, accurate, and compliant operations. Candidates must bring a strong manufacturing background, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and have thorough knowledge of FDA regulations, SOP compliance, and Red Zone practices. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate production line team to meet daily output goals. Oversee setup, operation, and cleanup of production equipment. Ensure compliance with FDA and cGMP standards at all times. Follow and enforce all SOPs and Red Zone procedures. Complete and maintain accurate documentation and production records. Train and support line staff in proper procedures and safety practices. Communicate effectively with supervisors, QA, and maintenance teams. Identify and report equipment malfunctions or quality issues immediately. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Requirements Prior manufacturing experience required ; leadership or line lead experience preferred. Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Solid understanding of SOPs , FDA regulations , and Red Zone compliance . Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Willing and able to work 2nd or 3rd shift , with potential overtime.
