Interested in Leading your own production line. Look no further! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Lead to oversee the operation of our client's production line within a fast-paced warehousing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong production knowledge and have a background in factory settings. As a Line Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the production line, leading a team of workers, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Responsibilities Acts as front line for direction, instruction, and training of staff on the line. Coordinates with the Production Supervisors and other Line Leaders to manage the daily operations employees, assuring quality work, productivity and safety. Ensures the build quality of displays and material usage are correct to meet productivity and financial metrics. Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the production line to ensure production goals are met. Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and workstations to ensure compliance with safety standards. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance on machinery as needed. Maintain accurate records of production output, quality control measures, and inventory levels. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Skills Previous factory experience in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with Production line operations and best practices in manufacturing. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members toward achieving production goals. Requirements High School Diploma or GED required 2-5 years Warehouse Experience Must have a basic knowledge of lean manufacturing Previous lead or management experience in a production environment Shift 3rd
