• Oversee three supervisors per shift along with approximately 100 hourly production employees within a 325-person molding facility
• Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to ensure production targets are consistently met
• Make real-time, on-the-fly decisions to address production challenges and maintain workflow efficiency
• Champion lean continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes
• Maximize production capabilities while actively reducing scrap and waste Key Requirements
• Demonstrated experience in molding operations, including injection molding or rubber molding processes
