Monitor job costing in real-time. You'll identify potential slippage before it happens and keep projects profitable. •

Enforce Quality:

Conduct "White Glove" site inspections to ensure our standards for safety, cleanliness, and craftsmanship are met daily. • Bridge the

Gap:

Act as the senior point of contact between our Design/Sales team and the finished build, ensuring the client's vision is never lost in translation. What You Bring •

Local Expertise:

3+ years of residential construction experience, with a deep understanding of Bay Area building codes and the remodeling lifecycle. •

Tech Savvy:

You are a pro at using project management software (BuilderTrend, CoConstruct, or similar) to keep data organized. •

Leadership:

You know how to motivate a crew at 7:00 AM and navigate a high-stakes meeting with a homeowner at 4:00 PM. •

Problem Solving:

You don't just spot issues; you bring solutions and the systems to prevent them from recurring.
