COPY LINK link The Production Manager is responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate delivery of products through the facility while maintaining high standards for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. This role leads daily production operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a strong focus on warehouse integration, multi-SKUplexity, and consumer products manufacturing. This leader drives operational performance through effective workforce management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, while developing team capability and supporting long-term growth. Leadership Profile Leads by example; visible, hands-on presence on the floor Builds strong teams through coaching, accountability, and development Comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset Able to balance people leadership with operational discipline Key Responsibilities Lead daily production operations in a high-speed, multi-SKU consumer products environment Ensure alignment between production and warehouse operations to support throughput, inventory accuracy, and customer fulfillment Maintain and promote a strong safety culture across all areas of the facility Drive adnce to quality standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements Optimize line efficiencies, labor productivity, and waste reduction Set staffing models and deploy labor effectively to meet changing demand and production schedules Monitor production rates versus standards and identify improvement opportunities Champion new product launches, line trials, and customer visits Collaborate cross-functionally with warehouse, planning, quality, maintenance, and leadership teams Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement Develop supervisors and front-line leaders through coaching, training, and performance management Maintain and promote strong work ethics and uphold all Kleen Test Products' policies and procedures. Requirements 3+ years of leadership experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment Strong background in: Warehouse operations and production-warehouse integration High-volume, multi-SKU production environments Consumer packaged goods or similar industries Demonstrated ability to manageplex, fast-moving production schedules Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proven success leading teams in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment Excellentmunication skills with the ability to engage all levels of theanization Stronganizational and project management skills Culture Safety is KTP's top priority - everyone should go home in the same condition they came to work KTP builds collaborative relationships that strengthen the overall work environment Opportunity for growth, development and advancement within each department, or across departments Fast-paced environment, constantly changing, and the days go by quickly!
