Job Description
NAWAH is the world leader in the development of revolutionary materials essential for the energy transition and a wide range of advanced applications. Our core innovation—Vertically Aligned Carbon Nanotubes (VACNT)—is transforming the fields of energy storage and advanced composites. With operations in Rousset (France) and Dayton, Ohio (USA), NAWAH designs and manufactures VACNT-based products for multiple markets. The Production Manager oversees the implementation of manufacturing processes to ensure that products are manufactured on time, within budget, and in accordance with the specifications of the processes team in Rousset and quality standards, by planning, coordinating, and controlling all aspects of production, including planning, staffing, resource allocation, and workflow. He or she also ensures workplace safety, implements process improvements proposed by the process team in France, manages operating budgets, and leads production staff to maintain maximum efficiency and achieve company objectives. The production manager participates in the weekly executive committee meeting at the Nawah US site. The production manager reports directly to the business manager of the Nawah US site and to the management of Nawah France, depending on the subject matter. Key responsibilities : Define and manages his serial production process Update his production plan daily via the ERP, in connection with commercial requests, aligned with his resources, and issues manufacturing orders and purchase orders, Ensure proper anticipation of the capacity-load balance by forecasting workforce changes and investment needs Plan, organize, and optimize workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime Lead the production teams, defines the work organization according to production orders, and ensures compliance with safety regulations. Optimize production costs (production time and consumables, especially gas and electricity). It implements the quality control measures defined by the R&D and Industrialization team and ensures its own quality control. Manage the maintenance of his production machines Ensure that safety protocols and procedures are strictly enforced to create a safe working environment. Monitor KPIs and production performance; implement improvements where needed Drive a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement Work with other departments, such as process development and process operations in France, quality control, and sales, to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

Qualifications 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment Proven experience leading teams in a hands-on production setting Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound decisions Ability to report on activities Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Valid driver's licenseEmployment Terms :
Monday to Friday Full Time - Exempt Gross annual salary : $110,000 - $130,000Bonus :
