Job Overview Mariani Landscape is seeking top talent to join our team as a Production Manager - Enhancements. This associate is responsible for ensuring that Mariani quality standards are met and procedures are followed on each site in a safe and efficient manner by Production Coordinators and field crews at all times. This associate is responsible for scheduling enhancement crews and overseeing the successful execution of enhancement work through effective labor planning, field leadership, and production coordination. Responsibilities and Duties Follow company policies, procedures, and work standards. Evaluate equipment and crew needs for production success and communicate equipment needs and issues to the appropriate leadership team members. Coordinate scheduling with Client Representatives and Operations leadership to prioritize enhancement work and align resources appropriately. Calculate proper crew assignments and crew makeup based on workload, skill level, and project requirements. Develop and maintain production schedules for enhancement work, including forecasting labor and resource needs several weeks in advance. Review sold work scopes to ensure crews are properly scheduled, equipped, and prepared for successful execution. Monitor labor productivity and job performance to support budget and profitability goals. Identify and communicate production inefficiencies, labor concerns, or margin risks to leadership in a timely manner. Work with administrative support and accounting to ensure accurate and timely processing of contracts, timesheets, and related documentation. Lead weekly foreman safety and training meetings. Train crew members on installation techniques, equipment operation, safety protocols, and quality standards. Assist in training snow plow drivers and snow crew members on equipment use and proper techniques as needed. Provide crews with daily schedules, job instructions, and production expectations. Maintain accurate crew rosters and jobsite assignments. Conduct routine site visits to ensure enhancement work meets quality standards, production expectations, and client requirements. Review all timesheets for accuracy and completeness. Assist with completion of performance reviews and coaching documentation for Crew Leaders and Crew Members. Interact daily with Production Coordinators and other operational leaders to coordinate staffing and production needs. Assist in the snow removal process, including assigning routes, calling in staff, and tracking client calls. Consistently evaluate work performance and determine if further steps are needed to meet internal and external client expectations. Complete appropriate paperwork in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of all documentation, including time-off requests, injury reports, personnel action memos, corrective actions, and other necessary information. Arrive for each workday on time and prepared. Non-essential Duties and Responsibilities Participate in and contribute to Mariani initiatives. Assist in the orientation/training of new Team Members. Assist other team members in the performance of their assignments. Recommend process improvements and areas to improve our service offerings to clients. Other duties as assigned. Job Requirements Minimum of 5 years field experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or production leadership role. Knowledge of equipment, plant materials, and landscape installation practices. Valid Driver's License required; CDL preferred. Industry certifications preferred where applicable. Ability to navigate and use, with success and accuracy, the company production software (Aspire). Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with external clients and Mariani associates on a consistent basis. Ability to lead and direct others in an effective manner. Demonstrate strong attention to detail. Ability to deliver quality results under tight deadlines. Demonstrate working knowledge of general computer functions and Microsoft Office programs. Demonstrate accountability for work being performed and completed on schedule. Demonstrate flexibility to perform duties based on business needs. Position Range:
