Job Description

Production Manager Absolute Fleet Washing | Cordova, MD Absolute Fleet Washing is scaling fast. More trucks. More customers. More demand. We need a production leader who can step in, take control of the operation, and drive it forward. If you lead from the front, hold a high bar, and know how to get results through people and process—you'll fit here. What this role looks like This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be in the field, in the office, and working directly with your team. Weekend presence is required—especially early on. The only way to lead this team the right way is to be around them, work alongside them, and build real relationships.
Training schedule:
Wednesday through Sunday You will spend time with every technician, learn our largest accounts inside and out, and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
Post-training schedule:
Wednesday through Sunday Saturdays and Sundays will include a mix of office work and field/site visits to observe performance, support crews, and stay connected to the operation. As the company grows and additional leadership is added, weekend responsibilities will be shared—creating more flexibility and regularly scheduled weekends off. What you will do Run daily operations across field, shop, and office—nothing slips Own technician scheduling, routing, and execution Build and optimize routes for efficiency and production Review work orders and ensure accurate, timely invoicing Maintain equipment readiness and operational uptime Handle customer issues and resolve complaints quickly and professionally Drive production performance and hit target output levels Conduct quality control site visits Ride along with crews to coach, develop, and hold accountability Hire, interview, and onboard new technicians Train and develop new and existing team members Build technician growth paths and strengthen team capability Review and approve timecards Develop and improve systems, processes, and workflows Contribute to company growth using EOS structure and accountability What we are looking for Proven experience leading operations, production, or field teams Strong organizational and execution skills—you get things done Ability to manage people, processes, and pressure at the same time Comfortable working in the field and behind a laptop High standards for quality, safety, and accountability A builder mindset—you want to grow something, not maintain it Valid driver's license Core values Always f•ing win Always find a way Keep it bright Own it Let it flow What you get OTE $65,000 = $56,000 base + performance bonus Performance bonuses tied directly to results Clear growth path as the company scales A fast-moving, no-BS environment The opportunity to build something and actually own it Equal employment opportunity statement Absolute Fleet Washing is an equal opportunity employer.
